Where do you travel for notary service?

Anywhere that works for you — your home, office, a school, a hospital, or a hotel lobby. Note: we do not work with detention centers.

How does the apostille service work?

First, we notarize your document if it isn't already notarized or certified. We then prepare the apostille request and file it directly with the California Secretary of State (or the U.S. Department of State for federal documents). Once it's processed, we return the apostilled document to you in person or by courier — ready to use abroad.

What is a mobile notary?

A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to you, instead of you visiting a bank or notary office. We bring the notarial certificate, seal, and journal to wherever you are and notarize your documents on the spot.

What documents can be apostilled?

Common examples include birth and marriage certificates, diplomas and transcripts, powers of attorney, corporate documents, and FBI background checks. If you're not sure whether your document qualifies, send us a photo and we'll confirm before you book.

Which languages do you translate?

We provide certified translation between English, Armenian, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and more, accepted by USCIS and other government agencies.

Is same-day service available?
